A Banner Exchange is a program that is like a mini rotating billboard that 
members in a particuar "exchange" place on their page.  Each time the page 
is visited the program displays a different "banner" in that location 
basically advertising and providing a link to that members web site.

Likewise that members "banner" is rotated on the other member's web sites 
advertising and providing a link to their web site.

In the case of the Apostolic Banner Exchange, the only actual "exchange" 
banners are of Apostolic Pentecostal Christian ministry websites.  These 
"banners" are 40x400 pixels in size and are placed on your site where ever 
you see fit to place the banner "code".

There are a few banner exchanges on the net.  One of the most well known is 
the "Link Exchange".  The main advantage of the "Apostolic Banner Exchange" 
is that you won't see any secular banners that are of questionable taste on 
the Apostolic web site in which they are displayed.  

We have visited some Apostolic web sites with the "Link Exchange" on them 
only to see a banner for a web site where you could get full sized pin-ups 
of some super model, or a web site that carried expose articles of a 
particular Hollywood starlet, etc.

No banner can appear on the Apostolic banner Exchange without first having 
my personal approval.
