I see a group of people, one in doctrine, one in purpose, one in baptism,
divided in governments. If I were looking for those who had the keys, I'd
say it was the United Pentecostal Church (Upon this Rock)International, and
if I were looking for the workings of the gifts of the Spirit, I'd be
looking amoung its people for those, and if I were looking for the head, I
say it was Brother Urshan.

Me:
Now I beseech you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that we
all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among us; but that
we be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 
For it has been declared unto me of you, my brothers, by them which are of
the Higher Fire mailing list, that there are contentions among you.  Now
this I say, that many of you say, I am of the UPC; and I of the PAW; and I
of ALJC; and I of Christ. 
Is Christ divided? was Brother Urshan crucified for you? or were ye
baptized in the name of Bishop Bowers or Don Johnson?

As for the rock:

Matthew 16 
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona:
for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is
in heaven.

The Spirit REAVEALED something to Bro. Simon.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will
build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 

Jesus calls Simon "petros" which is a SMALL bump or outcropping of stone. 
The rock that Jesus says he will build His church upon is 'petra' or a HUGE
overhanging rock.  Jesus is saying that the REVELATION to the flesh by the
Spirit is the HUGE rock upon which He will build His church of which this
first 'anointing' of Peter was the 'small' outcropping. 

It follows like this: the Spirit has revealed something to you Simon and I
tell you that you are a little outcropping of stone and upon this HUGE
Stone, I will build my church.... 

Big Stone/Petra = revelation by the Spirit, little stone/petros = the one
to which it is revealed. 

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and
whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and
whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Jesus says that whatever it is that the little outcropping which is Peter,
allows or disallows on Earth by way of the BIG Stone (the Holy Ghost) will
be the KEY to Heaven.  What did the little outcropping allow by the HUGE
rock which was the anointing of the Spirit of God upon flesh to reaveal a
Truth?

Acts 2
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in
the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive
the gift of the Holy Ghost. 

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are
afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. 

Imagine that!  Handed right to us!  ;-)

It is upon THIS Rock that Christ has built His church!!!
