I feel for you, starting anything from scratch is difficult.  I remember
being the only non-adult.  Then having to help teach the class when more
teenagers started coming.

How about team teaching; dividing boys from girls; going straight to
classes at start of service; 1 qtr base classes on questions the students
submit - the depth may suprise the teachers; multiple adult
classes(marriage, basics, prophecy, Old Test, life of Christ, etc)
