Chruch Organtization - esp Sunday School

Well, as I mentioned earlier I am heavily involved in the formation of a
new church here in town. We are hopefully going to get some legal
proceedings going in the next few weeks, get incorporated, get info back
from the UPC and get going. I am looking into different ideas on the
Sunday School and was looking for input from you all ( or y'all for the
people south of the Mason-Dixon ;) ). Is anyone doing anything other
than the standard separation by age. Any neat ideas or even small ideas
that better the effectiveness of the services. I am especially looking
for ideas in structure since that is the main focus right now ( other
than getting a place to meet - but that is in God's hands, the Sunday
School is in mine).
