We would appreciate your help setting things up and establishing a
format, even if you would not be able to maintain it from day to day.
You have a gift for making particularly nice looking web pages.

Regarding the attitude, you just gotta know when to delete, when to
read, and when to respond.  The moderators do a pretty good job of
preventing all out war, but like a radio call-in talk show, you need a 
certain level of controversy to keep the conversation going.
