Removal of Jan

For what it's worth, I hope that Jan be allowed to stay on the list 
as well.  Personally, I have found nothing offensive about his posts. 
 He is just straight forward.  He doesn't sugar-coat.  However, if 
others need that sugar, then perhaps he could accommodate them.
