I appreciate your note of confidence towards stiring up the gifts
that lie within us,speaking of the Holy Ghost. This is far supperior,
than anything we can imagine or hope for.To dis associate with someone
for the sake of just sports is just as wrong as someone to play sports
with the thought of playing in a non Holy manner. To put all sports
within the guide lines of being ok for us to play is wrong as it is to
divide them is such a way to say what ones we can play and cannot
play.As you so beautifully pointed out "Each work out his/hers
salvation with fear and trembling,to the fullness of Being in his
Glory. With the work at hand as the saveing of souls and oneself when
does people find time just to play sports although people do need a
brake now and then. The bible states of things to be done in descent and
in order,Godly order is always first and Holiness is always last.So
does this leave room for anything else?Jesus said,I must be about my
fathers business!Well to take time out and relax is OK but to use relax
as an excuse to totally stay relax is one week without God's work.Well
those may have not liked what was writen but then the world will have a
hay day on your minds and souls. No pain ,No Gain. This is what the world
says.No flexing the mind towards Gods word leaves one weak towards
sin.God bless and take care.
Kenneth Wilson N.Y. P.S. I learned by the way my father treated
me that the world has no pity or no morale values to treat us with
Godly kindness and mercy. The world's meaning of these are not
CHRISTIAN,not by any means.
