Here is something I posted a long time ago and wanted to repost
again.  I hope it will help someone as it does me from time to time.

 "TURNING AWAY"

Ezekiel 25:4  "Behold therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the
east for a possession and they shall set their palaces in thee, and
make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit and they shall
drink thy milk."
If one is not careful, one will lose out with God and lose their
blessings. When God keeps dealing and keeps dealing with us, but we
do not listen; God will take us and deliver us to a reprobate mind.
(Romans 1:28). "And even as they did not like to retain God in their
knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate to do those things that
are convenient."  God takes the reigns of our hearts and gives us to
be led by the "Men of the East: which today would refer to Satan and
his angels.  These demons will turn our hearts to ways that are not
right and beliefs that are not true.  All because we did not like to
retain God in our knowledge or our hearts.
God will leave our hearts and allow satan to take up residence
therein.  Satan will Destroy the things that God has built in our
lives and use the rubble to build him a new palace from which to
control our lives.  In the Key verse, the bible stated that they will
drink our milk and eat our fruit.  This refers to the nourishment
from God's Word that we have had and the blessings we have received. 
The devil will feed or drain off all we have received from God.  If
God had given us a good job, or a good marriage; the devil will wreck
them very soon.  If we were a tool in the Kingdom of God to save
souls; we will become a tool that destroys them.  This change will
destroy us completely.There isonly one way to avoid this destruction.
 It is to fall down in prayer, fasting, and studying the Word of God
till we hear from him.
(II Corinthians 7:14)  "If my people, which are called by my name
shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from
their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will for give
their sin, and will heal their lands."
