Well, I would suggest that as a first step you let us get to know you
by subscribing to the higher-fire mailing list.  This MOO is sort of
an offshoot of that discussion list.  Dee <dee@kagoona.mitre.org> is
kind of running the MOO at this point.  Send her email to get a
character.   

I got a "The requested URL /~demery was not found on this server."
when I tried to look at your home page, and finger was refused by your
school address, so I couldn't find anything out about you except that
I liked the Chuck Colson quote in your sig :-)

To join the higher-fire mailing list, send email to Richard
<richardm@cd.com> and he will take care of it.  We just changed mail
servers, so I am not sure the procedure is the same as when I joined.
You can check out the archives of this list and some related things
too at http://eli.wariat.org/upc/upci.html.  There is a topic on the
MOO there.  The archives of higher-fire are updated hourly.

Both higher-fire and BeulahMOO are very Christian oriented, so if you
are a Christian, or are interested in possibly becoming one, you are
welcome in both places.  Hope to see you ther soon!
