I am a system owner/operator in the Chicago area.  I am also a
licensed minister in the UPC, local license, Illinois district, under
Bro. Jack Yonts in Schaumbirg IL.  I just added a 2 GB drive to my
system last week, and I run a web server here with help from
Bro. Jerry Caesar <jerry@eli.wariat.org> in New Paltz Ney York.  This
system is open to UPC churches and organizations that do not have
their own place for a web page.  

I would be pleased to have any of Bro. Bernard's books online here, at
no charge.

As far as tools to convert your text to HTML, I would fisrt save it
off in ascii, then add the HTML stuff, or maybe I would convert it to
Latex and then use latex2html.  Bro. Jerry is more up on these thing
than I am, so you should ask him for his suggestions.
