The prime minister of Norway recently told the Norwegian congress that
she will never allow the Internet to be controlled or censored the way
the U.S. Congress wants it.
Of course, if I should send "indecent" material to you, and you forward
it, you will be the one breaking a law. In that case, I'll contact
Amnesty International and ask them to adopt you. :-)
Of course, no law can be retroactive, so it only applies to material
submitted after the law was put in effect (and until it is hopefully
defeated by the U.S. supreme court).
