Those who say God can do anything are technically incorrect!  He
cannot lie.  Because he cannot lie, he cannot do anything that would
make anything he has said into a lie; therefore, God is constrained by
his word!  Darius got into trouble because of "the law of the Medes and
the Persians [which] changeth not."  Only an omniscient God is capable
of writing or speaking a law which changeth not.  Even natural science
holds as a fundamental precept the concept that natural law does not
change over time.  Only God is capable of making such a wonderful law.
Men make mistakes!
