Prayer of a strayed, lonely soul

O GOD,
What is one to do is this day?
One who always tries but fails in every way.
How can one reach that plateau of peace,
with so much raging stronger than the stormy sea?
O Lord,
What can one do to reach and talk to you?
It seems so often the communication is a oneway street.
>From me to you, and nothing coming back anew.
I know you're out there somewhere since I've
felt your presense before.
I just wish I could feel it now again like I did
when this race I first began.
Lord, where from the path did I stray?
And How do I find that path once again?
I just want to come home.
