I do not have a psychiatrist to involve (perhaps Jan could recommend
one that he is well acquainted with).

It definately does involve my sysop.  In the words of Walt Kelly's
comic strip character, "We have met the enemy, and he is us."  You
see, I am my own sysop.  This is my machine.  Had Jan been more
perceptive, he could have deduced that from my offer (now retracted)
to open a mailing list to discuss those matters that did not seem (to
me) appropriate for higher-fire.
