I have been in churches where I was not allowed to testify for *one* reason.
There was a beard on my face. That's not antichristian and legalistic
Bro.Foster? The fact that I went from LSD to worshipping God like a trooper
didn't count, as long as I had a beard? Remember, Yeshua said, "No longer
judge by the look of the face, but judge righteous judgement." Legalistic
rules should not get in the way, and in some cases, they obviously have.

I support BIBLICAL standards like modesty, hair length, covering the body,
not adorning oneself with costly things instead of spirit. But things like
beards, not trimming women's dead ends, and so on--I honestly just don't see
the point. We could all wear clown shoes to be separate from the world's
look if we want to really be arbitrary and unbiblical about it.

Why not make a standard that we all should shave our eyebrows off to be
separate unto God? Either that, or we could just stick by Biblical standards
like long clothing, hairlength, modesty and so on... and leave the bologna
like beards with the Republican Convention were it belongs.

Don't mean to have a bad attitude... Remember, RULES and GUIDELINES are from
God, but traditions from Dale Carnegie are worthless IMHO.
