Yes, why indeed.

Salvation is a free gift, and does not depend on belief or religious 
affiliation or length of hair or whatever. Those who will have you 
believe otherwise, just want power over you. God will save all men, both =

believers and unbelievers.

  1Tim 4:10 "For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope=

  set on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of 
  those who believe."

I have posted this scripture earlier, and the only answer I got (Murph, 
of course) was some other scripture he thought said the opposite :-)
