faxrunqd looses on IO/Handle.pm

I finally installed mgetty 1.1.19 and I tried using faxrunqd, but it
complained about:

  Can't locate IO/Handle.pm in @INC at /usr/local/sbin/faxrunqd line 63.

I am running Linux, so my first line of defense was to ftp the latest
stable version of perl and install it from the sources.  I don't know
if this will fix it or not, but I will let you know.  If anyone sees
that I am doing something else wrong, please let me know.  Thanks!
