Bi-weekly FAQ Reminder

Have you looked for a North American mirror, by chance?  It's quite painful
(several minutes, lots of time-outs) waiting for pages (even just text) to
load from your *.de server.  I'm using a 3Mbit cable modem, in Western
Canada.
