vgetty does not play message

I can't (no idea how that voice stuff works), but what you definitely CAN
do is "call in from another phone, and record your 'greeting message' on
the phone, then use the resulting .rmd file for playback".

That's how I did this stuff ages ago before .rmd was invented...
