faxrunq, was:server-client and mgetty+sendfax

Now my Server-Client environment works pretty well. Every client needs only
'faxspool', '/etc/mgetty+sendfax/fax.allow' and GS.
But what can i do for sending a fax immediately? How can i send a
a 'faxrunq'-command to the server without telnet?
Ok, i could write a short program, which scans all home directories for a file
'faxsend' every five minutes. Is this file present, 'faxrunq' starts.
But in this case the program 'scsi-idle' for spinning down the harddisk
never works.
Do you have any solution?
