Hmmm.  Care to look into this some more?  Are *all* faxes from those IDs
failing, or "just some"?

As soon as we can establish a pattern (YOU have to do this, as YOU have
the data available!), we can contact USR about it, and have them test...

Please be a bit more creative, and don't just wait for my e-mails and
respond to them with one-liners.  Provide ALL the statistical data that 
you can gather.
