Hmmm, well, I understand that they are understuffed (as everybody) and are
not really willing to spend their technicians on *every* user.
What exactly are you trying to achieve? Chances are high that we already
*have* the data, so no need to bother ELSA.

It's more ore less ITU V.250, unfortunately, that's a copyrighted file, so
I can't send it. Your local university library should have a copy,
though.
