compile error under hp-ux 10.20

As i have not all the time access to this hp-ux it took me some days
to check this.
The String "MDCD" is defined in /usr/include/sys/modem.h as a hex value.
In /usr/include/sys/termio.h are two lines:
#define TIOCM_CAR MDCD
#define TIOCM_CD MDCD
But after all we decieded to change to a Linux-Box (old 486)
to not have to fight with hp-ux any more at this point.
