Quality of recorded phone calls

Hi all,

I have a ELSA Microlink 33.6TQV, mgetty+vgetty are working fine, but the
all recorded incoming phonecalls are very noisy and lightly. Is there a
way to record the incoming voice louder?.

setting receive_gain from -1 to 100 does not solve the problem!
