Basically, I agree.  vgetty should use mgetty.config to get the port
speed.

But what about vm?

Another idea:  check in vgetty that "voice.conf/speed" is the same as
"mgetty.config/speed", and if not, log a BIG WARNING.  And then just
ignore voice.conf/speed.
