Yes, sounds like it.

I'm not sure (sorry, voice code is not my department, I'm just helping out
while Marc is busy).  I think there is a configuration option to set the
timeout value somewhere in voice.conf.

I am *sure* that this topic has been on the mailing list before - RJ, does
your archive allow searching now?  That should be the fastest way to solve
this.
