setup of dtmf.sh for vgetty

I succeeded in installing mgetty/vgetty. Answering machine now owrks
pretty well. Very nice :-)

I am currently trying to add the dtmf.sh script to remotely question the
answering machine but inspite of the doc, I did not succeed.

Does the dtmf.sh script must be called from call_program or dtmf_program
?

Does the .timestamp file must be created with touch at the beginning ?

I have an intel linux 2.0.34/mgetty-1.1.18/USR Voice 56K installation.
