anti-spam measures

I always hate this. I have a Reply-To: that points to a generic address of 
mine, but I post from several machines. None of them is the same as my 
Reply-To. I don't even remember which address I used to subscribe in the first 
place.

I think most of the spam we see on this list comes from the news gateway 
anyway. (Which are removed with a simple procmail script here.) Do these 
measures help in any way with that?
