A good idea, but it doesn't appear to be correct. When I run cu on the
modem in question, and send it exactly what the script indicates is sent, it
replies appropriately. (e.g. OK)
It seems more like the mgetty process is not properly seizing the port, or
not properly reading the results off of it. In any case, the modem commands
are fine, the switches are appropriately set, etc. Any ideas would be
greatly appreciated...
