Mgetty & Linux PPP-2.2.0a

Hi,
Ah, I didn't lookup your mails :) -- yes, with the Cyclades cards, some
weird things happen for some people (Marc has one, and it works nicely,
strange enough). I can't really think of any reason why it should be
mgetty's fault -- after all, all I do is "out of the POSIX book", and it
works on dozens of platforms absolutely flawlessly :/
I *strongly* suspect some leftover bugs in the Cyclades drivers, that
mgetty happens to trigger and uugetty does not (there *are* weird things
in there that I can precisely describe, so why not others that cause
lockups?)
gert
PS: sorry for feeling attacked -- I *did* read it as an "mgetty is broken"
attack mail, shouldn't have done that. Too late, too tired, good night :)
