It depends on the ROM revision. The earlier fax-capable ones were not,
but a contact of mine at Telebit UK said that it is now possible,
though I don't have the update myself. Very early WorldBlazers can't
do fax at all.

I suspect that that same will be true of the T3000, since there's very
little difference between the two.
