I'd like to use caller-id to control access to my system.  I see that mgetty
can do this in a way, but what I really need is to be able to make the number
available to a program running after login.  I want to record which number a 
call is coming from after allowing the call from any number.  Is there any way
I can make the number available, perhaps as an environment variable?
