It should be doable by programming "chat" or "kermit" or similar tools,
but I haven't done it yet.

PS: It maybe won't help you, but Hylafax has support for various pagers
built in, so for a *new* installation, you might consider this. Changing
over just because of the paging feature might not be a good idea.
