Rename d.a.c.m to a.c.m?

alt.* is not good, because it isn't available everywhere anymore. The
consensus was to go for something in comp.*, but it takes quite some
effort to get all the RfD (request for discussion) and CfV (call for vote)
done right, and nobody volunteered to do it so far. I don't have the time
myself, sorry.
