Yes, it is. And it get's worse by people posting followups into the
newsgroups/mailinglist, instead of just ignoring those people. That's why
I didn't followup at all.

No, I can't "unsubscribe" this guy, since the mailing list is gated
bidirectionally into a newsgroup, and news are open for everybody. But it
won't be necessary either, because I'm fairly sure he'll lose his Net
access soon...
