You must enable autoPPP (mgetty's config) and start ppp at windows'
end without logging in (no script, as default), autorization is done
with pap then. Mgetty recognizes the PPP frames.
Or you can use a dialup script and let it type ppp -passive (or so,
I haven't tried this) after it has sent login and pw an got the
prompt.
