mvm (http://www-internal.alphanet.ch/~schaefer/mvm/) implements multiple
mailboxes based on a number a user enters and multiple voicemailboxes
based on the called number (called, not caller). This has notably been
tested with ISDN and the ZyXEL 2864I.
