I'm not really sure I understand what you mean by "first page from the 
outgoing fax", but otherwise, no, this is not possible (yet).  You would
have to hack the sendfax source (faxlib.c or faxsendp.c).

I'm not really sure what it's good for, though.  Could you give some
background?
