I don't have 1.1.21 but I applied the last patch from Marc so it should work 
the same.
I don't have call_program either but beeps from the dtmf_program are working.
My only problem is that it's impossible to generate beeps on the internal 
speaker, my sportster will just ignore them. Beeps only work either the 
external speaker or the phone line.
I'd say that's one more problem with sportsters' firmware :(
