multiple config files

Hello,
Recently I saw someone request to make mgetty use several configfiles.
Gert answered that it all could be put into one config file.
I do have a problem here.
My scenario:
Vgetty on a voice modem, mgetty on a data modem, both connected to the same
telephone line. Caller-ID comes as DTMF before the first RING.
For a certain caller-ID I don't want vgetty to interfere, but instead I want
mgetty to take up the phone after the required RING pattern occurs.
I need 'cnd-program' to inhibit vgetty take up the phone. Now mgetty also
calls 'cnd-program' and also refuses to do the job.
Apparently the cnd-program line is a general option in mgetty.config.
I could get around if I only could specify a different config file.
Now I must maintain differently compiled versions.
Could you please make a command line option for config files and also
port dependant cnd-program options?
Regards, Wim.
