This will be there, as soon as I come around to rewrite the RING
handler, and implement the new cnd-program interface. It has been
discussed here, and I see the need for it, I just didn't find time yet.

The idea is "call cnd-program immediately, and have it return a code
that means 'no decision yet, ask me again later'".
