To my knowledge, the only problem with those ``long'' (ie normal) names is
that you can't easily sport which one is 1.1.21 (apart from the date, or
typing = in UNIX/Lynx).
So, keeping the SAME file names, but putting them in a directory per
release with a name visible (such as 1.1.21), could solve this cosmetic
problem without needing to name the files in a MS-* beurk fashion.
