printing an outgoing fax ?

Well first we need to know what kind of printer you do have.  If you
have an HP Laserjet of some sort, g3tolj (or something like that)
would be a good way to do it.  No matter what kind of printer you
have, if you install Ghostscript and magicfilter, then you printer
will be able to handle postscript files, as well as lots of other
formats.  At any rate, if you convert the g3 fax raster file to a pbm
format file with g3topbm, then you should be able to convert the pbm
file to something you can print.  Without knowing what kind of printer 
you have, it is not possible to give more details.
