printing an outgoing fax ?

You can setup faxrunq(d) to call a program after sending a fax (look at
"man faxrunq").  That program can do anything, including printing.

(I use the feature in the opposite direction - print all faxes that cannot
be sent successfully).

Well, what kind of printer *do* you have?   It's not very interesting for
us what kind of printer you do not have...

(I, for example, do not have an A2 colour laser printer, but that doesn't 
really matter, I can print my faxes nevertheless).
