The idea is something like a list, where you can add your experiences and
in the other way wehre you can have a look what experiences other people
did.

The test-Frontend is existing (no functionality and no Design at all at
the moment).
rMmarc and Gert just have had a look on it and found it ok.

(Language still german, but that'll be a really quick change - I want to
finish this in August, there are Holidays here - this week is examens

Problem: conceptual: I don't like to install a database, but it is a
little bit too complex to store everything in a single file... we will
see, it'll be an interesting exercice for me.
