Well, the quickest way is always "use the source, luke".  You have the
modem, you have the program source code, and you have time...

All patches and bug fixes are welcome!

(I can't help you on that, sorry, because I neither have that type of
modem around, nor do I have any idea about voice mode programming - feel
free to ask Fax or generic mgetty code questions).
