Mgetty and distinctive ring

mgetty will recognize distinctive RINGs, but cannot *handle* them (yet).

So, use vgetty, and tell it to answer RING2 with fax, and ignore
everything else.  (If the latter doesn't work yet, which I can't say
for sure, wait for 1.1.17, which should be able to do it).

Marc, can you tell vgetty to *ignore* a certain RING?
