Binaries for SCO-Unix4.2

Sorry for not doing this as quickly as promised.

The path on Alpha is now:

/pub/mgetty/binaries/sco.odt3/mgetty1.1.16-sco3.2v4.2.tar.gz

The .tar archive wants to be extracted with GNU tar, strarting from the
"/" directory (check with "gtar tvfz" before extracting that it's no
trojan!!!) and contains all the binaries, config files, .info, and
/usr/spool/fax/* directories.

Don't be confused by the version number, it says "1.1.17", but it's only a
slightly modified 1.1.16.
