Oh, btw., if you can come up with something that gets UUCP locks right for
at least the following systems:

 * AIX
 * Linux
 * FreeBSD, NetBSD
 * SCO Unix
 * SunOS4
 * Solaris 2

I'll gladly accept that into the distribution.

I won't spend any time on it, though.
