tcsetattr failed: invalid argument

I installed mgetty-1.0.0 (I didn't have a newer port handy for
my FreeBSD 2.2.5 machine and for certain reasons I cannot upgrade
this machine at the moment)
and logging in works fine so far. I'm only wondering
about this in my logs:

(the modems capable of 28800 on either end).
